I have been a heart-felt practitioner for over 20 years. I have always had a light, intuitive and creative nature that draws me to finding balance and bringing out the best in people.

I am happy working with groups and or personal 1-1’s. I invite you to make a free 30 minute consultation, so that I may get a better understanding of how I may best support you.
Pilates and Yoga I have regular, weekly beginners-improver level classes (See time table) building warm and welcoming atmospheres.
My Self-help and empowering workshops can be used a a catalyst for an unfurling of deeper resilience. I have found group-work to be an honour to facilitate and participants beautifully supportive and learning from each other. Its been such a joy to see the changes people make, in ways that free them to be themselves, build confidence and to truly learn to care and nurture themselves and the lives they wish to lead.
