Heal Your Life workshops help you to discover and release such limiting beliefs in favour of more inspired creative beliefs. These new ways of thinking and feeling about yourself and the world create a a better positive loving sense of your unique Self and the life you CHOOSE  and love to live!

Our lives are a reflection of our deep-seated beliefs. These beliefs may are handed down from our care-givers when we are too young to make our own decisions and they are just one way of seeing the world, one  perhaps limited view on you, your worth, your success, your relationships! A NEW 5x Week Mindfulness Challenge

For 2 hours a week, over 5 weeks, join us on this gentle and experiential quest to learn more compassionate ways of viewing yourself and the world around you. Some people say Meditation is a simple task but some say they find sitting still is difficult; with the right support, you and your busy mind can be gently guided into the practises to the point your mind feels comfortable to surrender to the quiet repose on the inside. Let me help you. Find your depths and dwell here in peaceful repose.

There is home daily practise and journaling involved to get the very most out of this supported opportunity. I share meditations to practise via email or Whats App. As with everything, the more you commit to the practise the more you shall appreciate the subtle but many changes (See below for benefits of this challenge) The group energy plays a very positive and supportive role. Your life is worth it. You will get to know new friends, but mostly you will get to know yourself in a more kind and accepting way. You are worth it.
